Max Effort Shoulder Press for 9/29/2017

It’s Friday!!!

Last Friday, we tested our 1 rep max effort Back Squat and had a lot of PRs.  Let’s keep it up today with our Shoulder Press.  We are giving you 10 min to work you way up to a max lift.  Start light and keep adding weight until you fail.
