Max Effort Split Jerks 10/25/2016

October is almost over.  That means it is time to test our monthly challenge of adding 5 lbs to our Split jerk.  If you were not able to attend the CFE on Sunday, today is your day.  For those who were able to test it on Sunday, here is a little extra practice to really hammer in your new technique.
