Allyson’s WOD for 10/26/2016

Today’s WOD is for our athlete of the month, Allyson.  If you don’t know her, she is up almost every morning at the 5:15am class.  You can also get to know a little bit about her HERE.  She said she likes toes to bar and thrusters.  So, we modified that a little and combined toes to bar and bear complexes.  This one could be a forearm burner.

Note:  We will be closed Saturday because we will be traveling to CrossFit TPA to cheer on 2 teams at the Girls Gone RX Competition.
