Max Effort Squat Snatch for 2/9/2017

Don’t forget to pay for the Intramural Open Team Competition.

We will be testing our Max Effort Squat Snatch today.  We have been working on our snatches lately and tested our max effort squat snatch last week.  Today, we should be able to lift more weight as we lower our catching position to below parallel.
