This is Paul Rigney. Paul joined Industrial Athletics in December of 2019. As a camera operator for a global news agency, Paul travels a lot each month. He balances his travel schedule with being at home to help raise his kids. However, he doesn’t let that stand in the way of his fitness. We were able to work with Paul to find a fitness plan that worked for him and his busy schedule.
Paul is a great example of our Core Value of overcoming adversity. When the COVID Pandemic shut everything down, he quickly transitioned to At-Home workouts to maintain his fitness until we were allowed to reopen. When we moved to outdoor classes, Paul was there in the park working out. When Paul’s family grew in the fall of 2020, he took a little time off, but immediately returned to fitness.
