This is Sophie Egerter. She’s been a member of the IA Community since 2018. Sophie takes full advantage of our class schedule. Sometimes she attends the 7:15am class, maybe noon, and even in the evening. With a busy home life, she and her husband do their best to get in a workout when they can. Additionally, she is part of our Coach’s Corner program where she keeps accountable for her diet/nutrition and receives some extra fitness programming to do at home.
Here’s a little known fact about Sophie: She is the only member of both sides of her family to be born in the United States. Everyone else was born in England. Also, she live in Singapore as a child. So cool!!!!!!
