Open Gym will return to its regular time of 9am to 11am. Depending on your week, there may be a lot to fill Open Gym. First, you can use Open Gym to make up a WOD you missed during the week. Second, you can use Open Gym to make up your strength programming if you missed a day or two this past week. Finally, for those who are new to the Fundamentals Program, you can make up any missed classes during Open Gym.
