Open Gym for 8/27/2016

It is another Open Gym at IA.  What is Open Gym?  Simply, it is your time to come to IA to do what you want.  Need some extra heavy lifting?  We took a break last week, so come to Open Gym.  Do you need to establish some 1 rep max lifts for your Coach’s Corner?  Come to Open Gym.  Maybe you missed a WOD this past week and want to try it.  Come to Open Gym.

Open Gym is also a great time to work on your 400m time for August’s Goal.  If you missed them on Tuesday, sprints are a great way to build some speed.
