CrossFit WODs for 8/26/2016

It is another Saturday morning at Industrial Athletics.  That means we have Yoga, Competition Class, and Regular CrossFit Class.  Yoga is offered as a small add on to your regular membership at a cost of $5.00.  Competition class is designed for those who want to compete and CrossFit and requires permission from a coach to attend.  Regular CrossFit Class is like every other CrossFit class we offer throughout the week with coaching and scaling.

Do you have a friend who wants to try CrossFit, bring him/her to our Community Class at 11am.
