Split Jerks for 8/26/2016

On Monday, we hinted at the fact that you may see Split Jerks in the programming again soon.  Today, we are looking for our max effort 1 rep Split Jerk.  For most people, this is going to be the maximum amount of weight you can press over your head.  If you were not able to attend on Monday, or you are not comfortable yet with the Split Jerk, feel free to Push Jerk.
