Open Gym for 9/22/2013

Sunday is technically the beginning of the week.  So, make Open Gym the beginning of your next week of CrossFit.  Come in and work with a coach on a movement that you need to improve.  Or, if you know you are going to miss a workout this coming week, use Open Gym to get in an extra WOD.  And, as always, Open Gym is great for social time with your CrossFit Community.
