Sundays are for Open Gym. From 9-11am, you can come to Industrial Athletics to do what you want. Did you miss a WOD this week? Come to Open Gym and give it a try. Did you miss your shoulder press or back squats? Don’t go without the strength work. Come to Open Gym and lift heavy. We are also working toward our 3 month goals. Open Gym is a great time to get some extra work, extra skill practice, or extra instruction.
