The WODLife River Games are going on today at the Riverhounds Stadium. We have a team competing: Matt, Laura W., Brandon, and Mel. We encourage our members to come watch some of the competition to cheer on our team, see the local CrossFit Community at large, and see what a local CrossFit Competition looks like. We promise it will be an exciting event.
