The WODLife River Games are going on today at the Riverhounds Stadium. Â We have a team competing: Â Matt, Laura W., Brandon, and Mel. Â We encourage our members to come watch some of the competition to cheer on our team, see the local CrossFit Community at large, and see what a local CrossFit Competition looks like. Â We promise it will be an exciting event.
