Open Gym for 10/13/2013

Open Gym is just how it sounds.  Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy, is open from 9am to 11am.  Open Gym also means you can come to the box to do what you want.  Do you want to do a WOD you missed?  Have at it.  Do you want to work on some body weight movements?  We can help at Open Gym.  Or, maybe you just want to socialize.  That is cool too.
