It is Open Gym time at IA. That means that you can come to IA and do whatever you want. Last week, we tried some different workouts with the assault bikes and sandbag sprints. We also did weighted walking lunges and bench press. Open Gym is a great time to come try new movements we don’t get to program often in our regular class.
