July is here. That means new benchmarks and lifting focuses. We will be working on overhead squat this month.

Does today’s MetCon look familiar? It should. It is very similar to what we did Friday. The purpose of repeating these two movements is to help you learn about yourself as an athlete. How do you respond to similar movements under a different time period or structure? Friday should still be fresh in your mind. See if today feels differently.
