We have a partner WOD today. Each partnership will divide the work evenly. The partnership will also decide how often they will switch who is working and who is resting.
Here’s a tip, really big sets will wear you out, slow you down, and leave your partner resting too long. Really short sets will waste time transitioning. So, pick something in the middle.
