Push Press for 4/13/2017

This weekend will be our next Continuing Fitness Education.  We spend a lot of time making sure everyone is moving correctly when they lift weights.  But, we rarely remind people the correct way to bail a barbell in an emergency.  So, that is what we will teach everyone this Saturday at 11am.
