Don’t forget, Fall Brawl is this Saturday, October 19th. Fall Brawl is an annual competition for CrossFitters hosted at R.A.W. Training in Gibsonia, PA. Here is the addess:

This year, Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy, will be sending three athletes to compete and represent our Box. Rachel Cipolat and Matthew Becker will be competing for the 3rd time. David Costa (our resident Fireman) will be stepping in for Tony (out with an injury) for his first competition in his CrossFit career. You can represent our Box and show your support be coming out to the competition and cheering on our athletes. Wear your t-shirts or our Box colors. The competition will lasts from 9am to 6pm. All of our athletes will compete in the first three WODs. Only top athletes make it to the final WOD of the day.
Because these events can be a little slow between events, this year, some of our members will be hosting a tailgate. They hope to have some food, drinks, and entertainment. For more details on the tailgate, talk with Kevin Leech or Steve Slagle.
