We are combining some high skill movements today with some low skill movements. The combination should get you out of breath quickly and keep you out of breath for 20 minutes. If your heart isn’t pumping, you picked a scale that is too hard for you. If your reps begin to drop below 8-10 per movement, you picked a scale that is too hard. You want to keep moving to get the desired stimulus of this WOD.
