Row, Pullups, and Pushups for 3/2/2018

The Open Workout is tomorrow.  If you are not on a team, but want to participate, you must let us know today so that we can put you in a heat.

When you approach today’s wod, we encourage you to pick a scale a little above what you might be thinking initially.  EMOM are a great time to up the difficulty on movements because there is a nice built-in rest.  Already considering RX?  Try to go unbroken or go faster.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 3/2/2018:

EMOM 12 Min:
Min 1: Row 15/12 Cals
Min 2: 15 Pullups
Min 3: 15 Pushups
