New month = New movements to focus on.
We start with rowing today. The 500m sprint is a nasty timetrial.
We are trying something different this month with heavy lifting. In the past, we have focused on 2 heavy lifts. While we are seeing lots of lifting PRs, metcon results over the last couple of months have demonstrated a potential lack in metabolic conditioning that may be the result of having two days a week dedicated to a single heavy lift. So, we have a new plan.
