Double Unders, Squat Snatches, and Pushups for 2/5/2020

When you are approaching today’s workout, take a close look. You are doing one workout that starts with double unders. Then, you are doing the same workout, but ending with the double unders. This is a good time to check in and see how different workouts feel based on where certain movements are within a metcon. How do the snatches feel after the double unders? How do the double unders feel after the pushups?
