Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

Today’s WOD is a stations WOD of sorts. You will work for 4 minutes at each station getting as many reps as possible during those 4 minutes. Yup, that’s right, 4 minutes on the rower, 4 minutes on the bike, and 4 minute of burpees. EEEKKK!!!!

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 Min Power Cleans (60-70%)
1 Min Rest
4 Min Burpees
