Running and TTB for 5/16/2019

Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

After we do some heavy front squat today, we will run and do toes to bar. When you are picking a scale, you should be able to complete the TTB in no more than 3 sets. If you are taking longer than that, your heart rate will be dropping too much and your intensity is too low.
