One of the goals of the WOD today is to become comfortable lifting while you’re gasping for air. The run and burpees are going to get your lunges and heart pumping hardcore. Then, we are going to ask you to pick up a moderately weighted barbell and rest it on your chest and shoulders while you squat. Try to complete all of the front squat reps in no more than two sets.
