Rowing and KB Snatches for 4/16/2019

Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

After some heavy deadlifts today, we will hit the rowers and kettlebells. Think of the metcon as a sprint. The 500m row shouldn’t take more than 2:30 minutes. When you get to the snatches, try to keep moving for all 50 reps.
