Industrial Athletics – CrossFit
We are starting the week with a CrossFit benchmark. Our Lady named WOD for the month is all bodyweight. Next month, we will see Cindy as our benchmark (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats). Cindy is the most common way to break up the reps of Murph. Angie is different because it requires you to complete all 100 reps of one movements before moving to the next.
