Pushups, Walking Lunges, and KTEs for 4/10/2018

We are starting today with some pushup practice. When you are approaching this tabata, try to avoid setting an easy number on round 1 that you will not struggle to maintain throughout the tabata. Instead, do your max effort in round 1 and then fight to maintain that number, even if you fail in later rounds.
