Snatches, OHS, and Thrusters for 4/9/2018

We are having a second skill WOD for the month today.  Today, we will focus on the parts of a snatch.  We start with snatch pulls to help develop our hip extension and power.  We will then apply that hip extension to full snatches.  Mid workout, we will move to overhead squats to develop more strength in that position.

We close today by testing some thrusters.  The goal of the thruster skill work is to play around with different weights to see how well you can move those weights over short periods of time.
