SDHPs and HSPUs for 1/23/2018

Don’t underestimate today’s WOD.  The reps are short, but the time is 7 minutes.  That means you will be moving back and forth between movements quickly.  The sumo deadlift high pulls are going to get your heart pumping and the fast transitions are going to spike it from the beginning.  This is a sprint, be sure to treat it like one.
