IndustrialAthletics – CrossFit

One of our heavy lifts for the month is shoulder press. This is one of the most static lifts we do in CrossFit. It requires raw power in your shoulders to drive a weight overhead without using your legs.

The metcon is a competition WOD today. That means you will have limited scaling options and be expected to give your 100% effort. You are competing with everyone else in your class and other classes. Your rounds, reps, and scale will be recorded on the board.
