Today’s WOD is different than our regular programming. We usually don’t spend more than 1 minute working on a particular movement. One Monday, we saw 2 minutes for reps. However, today, we will spend 5 minutes on 2 different movements. Does that seem like a lot? That is exactly the point. We train for the unknown and unknowable. So, that challenge is completing something we are not used to doing.
