Hello October. If you see new people around the gym today, make sure you introduce yourself.

With the new month comes new heavy lifts for max effort test. One of those lifts this month will be the Snatch. We will practice the progression of a squat snatch today.

Snatch Practice

Every 90 x 6
1 Snatch Deadlift (70-80% of Snatch)
1 Power Snatch
