We will be testing our max effort Snatch next week. So, today, we will continue our practice. We’ve been working with some lighter weight this month. Today, we are going to increase that weight. Use the snatch pull to work on pulling the bar as far as you can. Then, mimic that hard pull when you actually complete a full snatch.
