Squats and Clean and Jerks for 9/24/2018

It’s the last week of September. Remember, we will have our Community WOD this Saturday at 11am. Bring your friends and family members for a chance to try CrossFit for free.

For the WOD today, make sure you can complete the Air Squats fast enough to give you 20-30 seconds on the barbell. You should be able to cycle the cleans without releasing the barbell.
