Tabata stuff for 5/10/2018

That’s right, we are having fun with tabatas today.  Don’t know what a tabata is?  It is 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.  We will be completing a tabata for 5 different movements with a 1 min rest in between.  Pick a scaling that will keep you moving.  20 seconds goes by quickly.
