Tempo Overhead Squats for 8/12/2016

Yoga is returning tomorrow at 8am.  If you can use some added mobility and/or relaxation in your life, our yoga class is a great way to get both.  At only $5, it is the best and cheapest yoga in Pittsburgh.

If you have not already done so, sign up for a water bottle.  The pre order will come up at the beginning of next week.  The bottles are $15.

Tempo Overhead Squats

25 Handstand Pushups
50 Pistols
50 TTB
50 Pushups
