CrossFit WODs for 8/13/2016

It is another Saturday at Industrial Athletics.  The mornings are packed as we try to get in our fitness so that we can enjoy our weekend.  We start this morning with Yoga.  Then, we have competition class.  If you want to try competition class, you need to ask a coach permission before joining.  The regular CrossFit class is the same as every other CrossFit class we offer throughout the week with complete coaching and full scaling.

8:00am – Yoga

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class
