Thrusters and Double Under for 2/1/2017

It is the first of February.  We start a new Fundamentals Class today. If you see a new face, be sure to introduce yourself.

The Open starts at the end of the month.  The workouts this month will be the final prep for the Open that starts on February 23rd.  It is the worldwide competition organized by CrossFit.  Even for those who don’t sign up and participate online, the Open is a great way to test our yearly progress in functional fitness.  It is open to all age groups and can give even those new to CrossFit a little taste of competition.
