Thrusters for 6/9/2017

Don’t forget that we have the Go Ape social event tomorrow.  As such, Industrial Athletics will be closed.  No yoga, competition class, or regular class.

As we said Tuesday, we will be bringing back the heavier lifts moving forward.  Our goal is to retest our major lifts over the summer to see if we are getting stronger and reset all of our percentages for heavy EMOMs.  Today, we will use our entire body for thrusters.  Not a commonly used heavy lift, this one will leave you pretty taxed.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 6/9/2017:

Core:
Complete the following:
40, 30, 20, 10 Sec Hold
Lying Arch
Rest only 10 second between sets

MetCon:
Spend 7 Min finding a heavy 5 Rep Thruster
