Running, SDHP’s, and Ring Dips for 6/8/2017

Are you participating in this month’s Hollow Hold Challenge?  Don’t forget to complete your required hollow hold time today.

For today’s WOD, think about two days ago when we did skill work with ring pushups and ring dips.  Were you able to complete the Ring Dips for the EMOM?  If so, consider trying the ring dips today.  If you did the ring pushups on Tuesday, you will want to do regular pushups in the scaling today.  60 Reps mixed with the Sumo Deadlift High Pulls are going to get rough.
