Shoulder to Overhead, Pullups, and KTEs for 6/7/2017

For those who signed up, we have the Go Ape ropes course this Saturday.  We start at 9:30am.  So, please to be at the course around 9am.  We will plan to go to lunch somewhere after.  For everyone else, Industrial Athletics will be closed this Saturday.

Today’s WOD will challenge your upper body and grip.  Between the 3 movements, your arms will be over your head the entire workout.  Be prepared for the fatigue to make the individual movements difficult.  Those who scale appropriately will move through this WOD with minimal rest.
