Now that Murph has come and gone, it is time to add back in some heavy lifting. We will be testing our 1 rep max lifts for our standing lifts (back squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, and deadlift) over the next few months. For today, we will start increasing the weight on our back squat as we move back into heavy percentages.
