TTB and Handstand Push-ups for 2/15/2016

We are only a few days away from moving!!!  We have been working on an outline for moving to make it as smooth as possible.  We can say that the more help we have, the faster it will go.  Basically, we will start at 5:15am on Thursday.  The flooring will go first with the pull-up rig.  Once they are in the new space, then we will start moving all of the equipment.  We are asking members to come to their regular class times to give us an hour or so of help.  We will be there all day, so don’t feel constrained to coming at any particular time.  Pay attention to the blog posts this week for more information.

    Steel: All reps of TTB and HSPU done strict and unbroken for all rounds.
