Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

After front squats, we are going to hit a 10 minute AMRAP of TTB and OHS. This workout is very similar to something you might see in the CrossFit Open coming up in October. It should be fast and painful.

Front Squat

10 Toes to Bar

10 Overhead Squats (115/75)
