2 WODs for 5/25/2018

We are going to give everyone a little taste of 2 WODs today.  You will complete the first WOD, take a short rest, and then complete a second WOD.  They are both going to be cardio killer.  Don’t take it easy on the first WOD just because you have a second coming up.
