Today’s WOD is to honor the four members we have at the gym who will be giving birth over the next few months. They have been showing that health and fitness is an important part of their life and to a healthy pregnancy by continuing to CrossFit throughout their pregnancy.

*One person is rowing while two people are cycling through the AMRAP. Each team member must complete the full AMRAP. Every 2 Rounds, the team has to rotate with a new person on the rower.
