Back Squats and TTB for 4/11/2019

Industrial Athletics – CrossFit

During the metcon today, the back squats will be pulled from the ground. The workout should be fast and lots of rounds. Don’t put the squats down once the bar is on your back, and complete the TTB in no more than 2 sets.
