When you approach the workout today, remember that we want to keep moving for 20 minutes. Be sure you can keep moving through the Box Jumps, push your pace on the burpees, and pick a deadlift weight that doesn’t exceed 50% of your max. You want to be able to complete the deadlifts in not more than 3 sets (at max).
